About Us

Primestone Partners invests in and provides strategic management expertise to early stage and start-up companies in the financial services, mortgage banking, lodging, Proptech, and Fintech sectors.

In 2020, just months before the onset of the global COVID pandemic, Primestone launched PHS, its corporate housing startup.  Despite the challenging business conditions that prevailed during that period, PHS enjoyed exponential growth, signing 125 corporate clients with guests in 35+ countries while leveraging a network of 245,000 furnished apartments.  Annual revenues exceeded $20 million by the time Primestone accepted an offer to sell PHS in December 2023 to Synergy, the global leader in corporate housing.

In January 2023, Primestone Partners acquired Zenya, a leading provider of automation solutions to the $900-billion corporate housing and global lodging industries. Following its successful sale of PHS later that year, Primestone made a strategic pivot to PropTech, with plans to leverage its Zenya platform to digitally connect the supply and demand sides of the furnished temporary housing industry and deliver innovative technology solutions that address the inefficiencies plaguing the industry today.

Over the course of their careers, the principals at Primestone Partners have held senior management roles at leading investment banks, PE firms, GSEs, and at global and U.S. real estate operations. They have built companies, led multi–billion-dollar financings, engineered turnarounds. Their start-up experience includes launching a fast-growing corporate housing business, a successful single family real estate investment business for Cerberus and developing a fintech mortgage platform for a leading banking services provider.
